1995-1999: Rashid Khan begins his theatrical journey in Uttar Pradesh, dedicating four years to honing his craft.

2000: Rashid Khan moves to Mumbai to pursue a career as a lyricist and apprentices under his mentor, Janab Gohar Kanpuri, for a year.

2004: Rashid Khan receives his big break from Kunal Ganje wala with the song "Tere Bina."

2005-2009: Rashid Khan contributes as a lyricist to films such as "Raftaar," "Dekh Bhai Dekh," and "Paying Guest."

2004-2011: Rashid Khan assists Bollywood legend Ustad Sharafat Ali Khan in the music industry.

2011: Rashid Khan transitions to become a music director and receives his first opportunity for the Bollywood film "Raaz3 ."

2012: "Raaz3 " is released and becomes a success at the box office, earning Rashid Khan nominations at prestigious award ceremonies.

2012-2017: Rashid Khan collaborates with T-Series' Bhushan Kumar on 11 films, including "Hate Story 2," "Nautanki Saala," "Yuva," "Karle Pyaar Karle," "Ishq Ke Parinde," and "Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana."

2013: Rashid Khan receives the TIFA Award.

2015: Rashid Khan is honored with the Bharat Gaurav Samman Award.
